I went to the gym for 4 years straight day in day out, didn't grow even though I arrived home (on a full sprint) with sore muscles. Got an idiopathic disease out of nowhere that hospitalized me for a week or two. When I came back to the gym I couldn't lift half of what I used to, which was plenty for someone like me back then.

Tried going back like 4 times, got hospitalized twice, almost passed out from overexertion once, failed to finish the set in the last due to the meds fattening me up. 2 years later I'm sitting at home all day while my meds rot my bones away and I just don't give a shit anymore. I don't have time to leave the house, I have work and college (both of which I'm less than barely willing to do, along with everything else).

I don't care anymore. I just want to die.
