Huitzil is quite a simple geometric figure so yes. The model would be cheap for the ps4 to mive and change and they have the morphing technology from Dhalsim

Dhalsim dœsn't morph, it's the same model through and through, they just elongate his limbs.
Huitzil needs at least 3 different models depending on his level state.
