Its a proper RPG of the waning times. Covers a lot of ground. In usual fare, the last disc/end of game is also the free roam, super weapon collections/side bosses and dungeons running about as well.

Yeah, they were pretty good. It's a shame they didn't get to go further with the story. Pretty much 0 chance of them going backwards compatible or getting any sort of re-release since Namco has the license now and has made bank with it.

Hidden games on 360 are exceedingly rare, since it's the console where the bastardized focustested westernized heavily marketed versions of every franchise went.

It's turn-based. There are cities you can run around in and a sort of overworld hex-grid. Dungeons are basically rooms you advance through with battlegrounds. You can move around in the battleground and do some sick combos to fuck up enemies. It has really dank character and weapon customization. Look up some vids for details. I think it's a must-have for any jrpg fan who owns a 360 or ps3. Needs a PC port.

I'm scraping the bottom of the x360 library now to finally be done with the system. There are quite a few of these weird games that were critically panned but do interest me for some reason, the type of games that were plentiful during the PS2 days, became less during last gen, and now are basically extinct.
