Are any of the Seiken Densetsu/Mana games any good beyond

This. Legend of Mana is actually my favorite game of all time. From what I understand, it's different from the rest of the games but it's still fantastic for what it is.

The art and music alone are enough to put it up there with the PS1 greats.

The first one on GameBoy is awesome.

It's also the only one I played to the end, oops.

Just pirated the Vita version of the remake. It's pretty good.

The original on GB is great. Legend is really good but not everyone's cup of tea.

I'm not a huge fan of the SNES games, but all of the first 4 in the series are good. After that, it's pretty much all trash.
