I put about 200 hrs into the mod across about 2 or 3 ladders. Kinda not very fun after a while. Getting 1 shot by bosses or 2 shot by regular mobs isnt fun or hardcore in any way.

I'm a bit tired to explain MXL, but think in a hardcore version of D2. You need to learn to play again, there is new types of items and mechanics, it's HARD (wait to ACT 2 and you'll see what I'm talking about) and basically reworks all the content of the vanilla game.
