PCs are more expensive than consoles and more complicated to set up. Unless you use an old OS like Windows 7 or 8 you have to deal with all the bullshit pop-ups built into Windows 10. You also have to make sure malware didn't get onto the computers, and at that point you might as well use cheaper and easier-to-maintain game consoles.
