No, Chiaki deserves a place. No one suffers like she does in Danganronpa, even if we include only her vidya version. I also don't see a major problem with including her anime form, as it's still the same franchise. They are NOT parallel universes. The anime is the conclusion to the GAME franchise.
It is not a remake, an adaption, or anything separate. They go hand in hand.

REAL CHIAKI (Anime only character) is not an alternate form, but a completely different character. She was born and raised on video games and is a little socially inept but opens up and she is the one who watches all the suffering take place

AI CHAIKI (Video Game character) is an AI program created by Chihiro Fujisaki to help rehabilitate the Remnants of Despair. She doesn't suffer much but she fights to keep everyone together. She works for Future Foundation in secret and ultimately is the "traitor" but she takes it with stride. As an AI she can't truly feel emotions like suffering. She doesn't have real emotions like other robot characters on the chart.

While Chiaki was pinned on a crime she didn't commit and got undeserved death, at least everybody treated her fairly and everybody mourns her death. Ishimaru suffered before coming into the killing game, got the same punishment as her, AND everybody treated him like shit.

The reason i'd say to get rid of Izuru is because he doesn't even remember his past life. And the only thing he suffered was all self inflicted: he chose to not work hard enough to get a talent, he chose to enter and experiment where he put his life on the line, he chose to enter the killing game and let himself get captured by Naegi, and he got to keep all his powers and old memories back without almost any repercussion.

I would move Ragna (80,55) more to the left since he didn't really deserve any of his suffering. All I recall right now is that Ilias and Alice (both from Monster Girl Quest) were both requested to be moved around a little (i.e. Alice a little less deserving and Ilias more suffering and slightly more deserve) albeit I'm not sure how that can be fixed now. My own personal beef with the latest chart versions is simply this: Why are Crash and Mario are far to the right as they are?

Basically due to her own selfish desire to be dicked by door-kun. She attempted to use the time gates from The Answer go to Jan 31 to try and undo the fight against Nyx, undoing his sacrifice and well "saving" his life.
However doing this would kill everyone and everything on the planet forever cause that's what Nyx was trying to do as the concept of death.

Did you play PS:T all the way to the end? TNO commited some sort of horrible sin that was never revealed to the player, bad enough to condemn him to fighting in the blood war (what is basically hell in that universe) no matter how hard he tried to be good to make up for it. He then became immortal and suffered for a very, very long time before finally killing himself and either vanishing from existence or finally having to fight in the blood war. He is basically intentionally written to be THE "fucked up very very hard and got what he deserved" character.
