I still need to finish the original DD. I'm stuck on DD3, though I know who I need to take with me on my next attempt.

I'm interested in seeing if they add features that make the grind less of a slog, and I want to know what the new class is.

Not really, the lowest you can get a hit chance is 5%. I've had well over 100 dodge on a GR and -40 accuracy on my enemies, and she still ate two Treebranch Smackdowns in a row.

I got grossly unlucky. Three turn two teleports, one turn 4. I didn't get more than a couple of hits in.

Wouldn't have mattered though because I wasn't prepared for heavy blight damage, so this time I'm going to have a plague doctor.

That's why your fourth dude should be occultist with weakening hex my boy. -120% damage dealt on tree giant. Plus inbetween bolsters you can use man at arms shield to give him prot out the ass.

There's tons of other completely devastatingly game breaking combinations out there too.

A Hellion also works well in DD3, from experience you can camp once and have her nuke everything with low-ish HP, Iron Swan works great if you want the Stalks gone as soon as possible.
