Breath of the Wild sequel in which the current Link and Zelda have successfully rebuilt Hyrule. The Master Sword is enhanced with ancient technology including a Guardian laser at the tip and looks all the more badass for it (think Midna's helmet?).
The next incarnation of Link is fully trained and ready to mount the attack, so you start the game in the final battle, only for the ancient-enhanced Master Sword to be possessed by Ganon and the current incarnation of Link to be stabbed through the heart by it, clearly dead.
You then start out as a simple Hylian farmboy who looks a little more like Link but doesn't seem to have any sort of hero's spirit to him. As such, combat has a levelling system characteristic of the new hero's development, and like in BOTW, you can take on the final boss in a sky dungeon that looms over the centre of Hyrule. The new hero receives the dead Link's warrior spirit before the battle and frees the Master Sword of its guardian prison this way, before the battle begins.
What comes in between is probably typical Zelda-fare stuff with potential for physics fun like in BOTW.

You play as Sheik in the time between young Link's adventure and adult Link's adventure in Ocarina of Time. Hyrule really went to shit after Ganon took over, so you spend the game improving the world just enough to let Link do what he does in Ocarina.
The game would be fairly linear and take place over the course of seven years. There'd be a dungeon at the end of each year, and it really drives home the relative hopelessness of the situation - no matter how much you do to improve the world, it keeps getting worse.
It ends, of course, with you meeting Link for the first time.

Basically it's a sequel to Breath of the Wild but it's DEEP DEEP underground and everywhere is dark as fuck. The game is about discovering/uncovering ancient Sheikah technology while trying to find a way back to the surface. There's a whole civilization of creatures who look similar to the Sheikah but have a lot of distinct differences brought on by years of evolution. Through his journey Link discovers that there's a special Sheikah elevator that goes right to the surface, but you need a special key to unlock it. That key is a a sword. The sword never breaks but it starts out incredibly weak and useless. By traveling to eight distinct dungeons, Link unleashes the sword's power. However, the sword is cursed. By unlocking the elevator he's also freeing an ancient evil.
