The only Far Cry game I played was Blood Dragon, and even that became kind of boring after a while, despite the amazing visual design and soundtrack.

Can't imagine playing any of the less inspired Far Cry games without being bored out of my mind.

Crysis at least had the super suit that lets you experiment with your playstyle and do crazy shit. Far Cry games seem like they're generic "liberate outposts from bad guys" games without anything really interesting in them.
