In my 3ds lifespan I have pirated over 20 games, and at least 10 for my brother. I got both 3ds xl for under 100 at pawnshops. Assuming a base price of 40$ for the game that means I have taken at least 1200$ from Nintendo. Probably more if you include the dlc for most games and definitely more if you include the ds and wii. I'm not one of those guys who will buy a game I pirate if it's bad, I will take as much as I can from Nintendo and the developers because I don't care if they go under They are only games. I have been pirating since the ps1 era and will continue to do so. In a beautiful turn of events I am one of the few to avoid the bam hammer it seems

It's not the same company obviously, but I think it might help. I had a pokemon go account I blatantly hacked on, botted, jumped around the world in seconds to get rare pokemon, but Niantic didn't ban that account because I played legit for a while and bought stuff.

Meanwhile a separate account I started up at the same time had zero transactions and was botted just the same (to help me hold gyms since theres no yellows anywhere). That account was banned. - There are multiple testimonies from others who bought stuff on their botting accounts; that they didn't get banned.

Maybe just wishful thinking, and like I said, not the same company, but it can't hurt.

I heard really good things about it too from a friend, but after about 20 hours into it, I've found myself just not wanting to pick it back up.
