Well I'm not banned on my 2 3ds, but I assume I'll get hit too. Problem might be getting clean lfcs. I have no legit 3ds. And borrowing a friends one and risking them getting banned is not a thing I would do. Using those floating around semi publicly in places like reddit or gbatemp will get you banned as soon as they are picked up by nintendo, usually takes less than a month.

All of my information is private, and will always stay private thanks to this. Because of this ban wave, everyone is turning off SpotPass and privatizing their information.
