So what's the final verdict on the English VA? Is it passable or is the JP VA still superior?

Is P5 different enough to warrant trying from P3 and P4?

I almost beat P3, liked the idea but not the execution. Same with 4, but I didn't get too far in that one. Is 5 more presentable? Better written? More character interactions that aren't so robotic? Or is it same shit where everyday there are 2-3 new sentences of dialogue, you do a boring social link where you "help" someone with their issues by either being a dick or a yes man, and or chose to fight, just to advance to the next day and do it all over again? And the plot is like spread out over weeks and weeks while you're just living a boring ass teenager life.

Where is the juvenile fun that I came to expect from P3 and P4? Yakuza did it pretty well and I think Yakuza handles both the matures and extremes better too. I want a Persona-like game where the protagonists get into Cromartie-esque situations, well it doesn't HAVE to be about delinquent school culture but it has to be more fun than having a city with nothing to explore or do or being stuck in a boring small town where you only ever really hang out at a store.

It was originally designed for PS3, and the only thing PS4 version has over it is a better framerate and better resolution. It still looks smooth as fuck on PS3 because they carefully designed every aspect of it to be as smooth as possible in 30fps.

I played it on PS3, there isn't too much difference. Each Persona game has its own theme and feeling and Persona 5's has the best of both so far. P4 vs. P3 is usually a debate between whether or not you like dumb fun over a melancholy atmosphere which I do but it'll be a lot harder to return to them because of the combat system improvements to 5.
