Ps4 shitter here, quickplay and comp take between 2 and 4 mins to find a match, arcade is dead unless the weekly lootboxes are available, some arcade modes are deader than others.

About three months after launch I dropped it. Haven't played since.
Community is garbage, balance is a see-saw and it just does not feel fun.

I still come back to TF2 everyday, I haven´t booted up Overwatch since Februarby and that was only to log in and look at the event hats, nothing else.

Maybe Blizzard will finally realize you have to make a good, functional, working game that is fun and has people playing it because it's fun before you can throw marketing money at it and tell people it's an eSport.

People don't play eSports because they are eSports (well some people do, like Talespin, he jumps from eSport to eSport just to collect a paycheck (Tribes, Shootmania, Overwatch), and it's worked out for him in Overwatch), but the general public play games because they are first and foremost fun. That's why LoL, DOTA2, Counter-Strike, Call of Duty are popular, because they are fun before anything else. Blizzard got this backwards.

Your game has to be fun before it's an eSport. You can't release a game and call it an eSport, that's retarded. It has to have a community first. This is also why Tribes died despite having tons of marketing from HiRez. They released a pay2win grindfest game with no eSports features (demos, terrible spectator tools, etc.) and called it an eSport and threw money at a few tournaments. People didn't want to play the game beyond that because it had so many balance issues that HiRez just never wanted to fix because they are hacks.

I've used m+kb and controllers for 15 years, I've been playing on PC since Star Craft 1 and Counter Strike 1.3. I'm 100% used to both but I always end up getting sick of using m+kb because I can't lean back and play comfortably with it. It's the reason why in the past I could play games like CoD4 and Oblivion on 360 for literally 12 hours straight and not have my arms or back feel uncomfortable because I'm hunched over using m+kb.
