I have it too, I'm no OP, there's Casual Controls and Technical controls. First of the mode is based of your hand place ment, and how fast you can make the signature pose. Casual mode is a waste since the game will do Hadokens and Tatsumakis randomly. Technical Mode allows you to change how fast you have to do a hadoken pose, and how still one hand has to be for the other hand to do a shoryuken by number. Example: HadoKen Arm Movement level 1-3 (slower or faster)

It's an alright distraction, the moves are mind of slow since you can Spam moves each seconds, that's my only gripe with it.
