I broke my DS3 once (it was rather result of years of usage than being retarded though) and i've found replacement plastics on ebay. I moved electronics and buttons from old one into new case and it looks like brand new, it even has SONY print on case despite being fake replacement (and it can be felt in hand, build quality is inferior and cast is rough on the edges). It's a great option if you have DS3 with broken case.
