Midtown and GTA are all (almost) made by the same people, it really is a very special Rockstar San Diego formula that isn't replicated. It's like waiting for a GTA clone to have a city as alive and intriguing as GTA, it's going to be rare. If you love 3 Remix and need more, try MC LA I guess.

Street racing game, It has customization but doesn't go full Rice like NFS did, it has some really neat exotics and some concept cars I never heard of. The racing is really high octane and challenging that will keep your blood pumping.

It can be really frustrating also, because if you are close to the finish line and you hit a mini van, you are done for, but that's what I really like about it the challenge. I really recommend it.
