But I do. The healing system is objectively better and I can play it at 60 FPS. If you knew a single, goddamn thing about video games, you'd understand that the blood vial system isn't great because it breaks the flow of the game for anybody who's just getting into it for the first time.

I don't give a fuck about how good YOU are in particular. I don't care if it's your second, third, fourteenth playthrough of the game, it's that first one that truly means the most. To essentially tell the player, if they get stuck on a boss, "Whoops, you're out, time to go to Costco (Central Yharnam) in order to pick up more blood vials!" THAT right there is fucking dumb. Bloodborne is a fantastic game with some of the most ass buttery smooth gameplay in the series, but Dark Souls 3 just does everything revolving around its systems just a bit better.

DaS3 > BB > DeS >> DaS >>> DaS2

But das3 has plenty of systematic problems such as this. Look at PvP covenants, weapon balancing, rolling/stamina. Poor weapon variety.
That's not to say bb doesn't have issues. Both games have plenty.

However, das3 is a phoned in uninspired piece of shit that rips assets straight from bloodborne (anyone who defends lady Friede is insane), and squanders potential wherever possible. It somehow managed to be even more linear than bloodborne.
