He abused students period, he didn't just sexually harass girls.
Also accepting his advances or not is irrelevant, a teacher shouldn't "creep" on a student in the first place which makes the Kawakami stuff odd in concept to even have in the game, yes I know that the motivations/roles/presence of consent is completely different but it's still weird to have it and the Kamoshida stuff in the same game
