I'm honestly not sure. In terms of overall hardware pushing, it's probably not a great impact either way. But the impact pro upgrades have on the console market will be interesting. Could end up actually making gens longer.

Xbox has no regional lock. I can buy games from all markets. I got battlefield 1 ultimate edition for 45 euro's while it cost 130 at the time.

Even with family sharing Xbox would still be much cheaper than steam

That's an either or, because Scorpio also can't into 4k 60fps. As shown by destiny 2. And existing games that don't get optimized for it won't run much better than on xbone either.

Yes it is true that games need to get optimized for the Xbox Scorpio otherwise it obviously won't be able to show it's true power. Also sony is really busy with Destiny 2 so it won't surprise me.

I do agree, aside from KB/M. Unfortunately it did take them awhile to get it right, the Elite is junk, but their standard new version controllers are great quality, weight, feel, and performance.
