Deadly Premonition is what normies think TP would be. Worst of all, it's made by a gook normie that went full Dragonball Z / MPD Psycho in the end. It took what was meant as derision - fetishization of American soap operas of yore and based the atmosphere around it rather than examining any sort of narrative thread that might transform it into something else. You can hear the WHOOOSH as anything Lynch does went over SWERY's head. Pathologic is somewhat closer to Twin Peaks because it at least tries to examine how a small hub is transformed without staying on surface fetishism level that gook males cannot escape in their work.

I've only watched the first two episodes of the new season, but so far it seems to be keep a pretty consistent tone with the final episode of season 2.

Twin Peaks was goofy though save for like 2 episodes. It's just FWWM and season 3 that feel like Lynch. DP fits pretty well, it was also inspired by other things like Siren, Jojo, Capcom games etc.

You can tell the show has had a fuckton of money pumped into it, but Lynch always has a habit of making special effects look really really bad.
There's one shot in the show when a character's head pops and a PS2 level yellow ball just floats out of it. It looks so bad and would have taken so little to make it look better that you have to conclude that Lynch is doing it on purpose.

Is there anyone other than David Lynch that has had such a profound effect on videogames? Japan alone has made many games that pay homage to Twin Peaks in some way.
