I fell for the Last of Us and Uncharted 1 2 3 meme, folded, bought a used PS3 and those games. Played each maybe 25 minutes. Ended up playing that Hot Shots Golf for 40+ hours then sold it all.

That's about it.
A PS4's main use is as a PC substitute with a handful of exclusives. It's not a good substitute but it's suitable in terms of being an affordable (in the short term) way of playing big popular games plus some weebshit.

It takes around ten minutes and an SD Card. It's about as easy as putting CFW on a PSP.
Softmodding the vWii takes an extra five minutes but once you've got that you've got all the functionality of softmodded Wii as well.
