Are there any good games like Recettear?
Where you run an item shop, with decent graphics, and perhaps some dungeon crawling thrown in?
Wow,
I'll take that as a unanimous "nothing".

I want a game where you own a comfy item shop, where you put wares on display to catch the interest of passing adventurers.
Is that too much to ask?

have you tried item shop de omasse? pretty fun, not as deep as recettear but its made by level-5 and its got a laugh track
I believe there was another game with a similar gameplay loop from a couple years ago but I can't for the life of me remember the name of it.
Other than that, no. Recettear is pretty unique

Recettear is pretty unique in its playstyle. The only thing close to it off the top of my memory is like AL.FINE?

Which one is the most like recettear? Which one is the best one? How much am I missing out on not playing in order?

Well, there is Shoppe Keep which is first-person but you manage store layout, sell, expand, deal with thieves, and has the same idea as Recettear. It's on steam or you can find some youtube videos if you want more info.
