It's a mixed bag, for some characters like Kamoshida the english VA is better but for others the JP voice is better.

I'm rewatching scenes with English VA's as I progress through the game, and frankly Kamoshida's English VA is the only one I thought would be unanimously accepted as the inferior VA. Even Futaba didn't bother me this much.
