There's the NG+ only battle with the Velvet Twins, which is available as soon as Mementos is unlocked. That gives you a reason to start NG+

To finish it though? Maxing S.Links you didn't max on the first run. Achievement whoring if that's your deal. Filling the entire compedium, making personas for different level brackets that have decent skillsets instead of being a clusterfuck of fusion fodder.

If you wanted to waifu someone but didn't, NG+ would be a good time to go for her.

I'd personally try to keep Arsene and use him for an entire playthrough. Skill cards carry over right? So a level 1 Arsene doesn't need to be useless fusion fodder once he learns his natural moves.
Alternatively, you could just fuse an OP Arsene and solely use him.

Can confirm, this is the most fun way to play the game.

In Persona 3 NG+ I went with Orpheus, Thanatos, and Messiah (and later Orpheus Telos) the whole playthrough.

In P4 I made a god-tier Izanagi.

As soon as you start NG+ and go to Mementos, Caroline and Justine will be standing outside the velvet room. Talk to them and they give you an option to fight them.
You can use your whole team but trust me, it's WAY easier solo because otherwise they will keep hitting your teammates weaknesses and then slapping you with an OP attack.

you have to max them out again from square one but you get special key items from SLs you max out aside from Fool (for some reason). These key items give you skills as soon as you start their link again. For example Kawakami's lets you request the special massage right from the get go. Chihaya's lets you use all the fortunes.

You get another keyitem from a girl you romanced on christmas eve which lets you max out their link faster as long as you have a match arcana persona on you.

When you use gallows, look at exp to next level and the exp that's being given.

Shoot to be getting 1 level maybe 2 max.

Then look at which stats are in orange, those are the ones that are going to go up when you strengthen. If they arent the right ones, back out of the menu then go back in over and over again until they're the correct ones.

Then strengthen. Lastly, register the persona in the compendium, and, if you're strapped for time or rolling in cash, dismiss your persona and resummon it from the compendium so you can strengthen it on the same day.

Like a level 13 persona to 14 you'll want some lowbie shit like a genbu to gallows. But at 97 to 98? Yeah, sacrifice a proper boy like raphael or something.

Keep in mind, you get 1.5x exp from gallows when feeding from within the same arcana, so use that to your advantage so you can use lower level persona's as feed, cuts down on the cost. Also, the gem persona's give 3x exp or something? I dont remember, but basically those + cheapo persona's from the same arcana are the best bet.

Also you want your persona to have the best skills for your build but you can do that at level 99.

If you want to give your Trumpeter Ali Dance and Angelic Grace you can't use Michael because your Trumpeter will gain like 4-5 levels. Either save that for the last levels or Fuse your Michael with low level personas so you can spread some good skills all over the compendium.

You can honestly tackle the reaper very early into NG+ if you set up properly for it.

Just ensure that you've got enough cash to fuse satanael ASAP, and give him firm stance + regen 3. Then equip a divine pillar. Now you can go fight the reaper and literally just put it on rush and watch level like, 10 joker solo him.
