You have ten seconds to prove to me that this isn't the best game in the past five years
Protip:Go fuck yourself
>>377755793
>multiplayer game
>nobody played it
really cooks my noodle
>>377755793
The fact that it's dead due to poor management by the creators proves it isn't the best game in 5 years.
Even more dead than this thread.
Even more dead than my mother
Even more dead than OP will be after he kills himself
Even more dead than OP's sex life
>>377755793
>Good game mechanically
>Every character is fun and likeable
>Tons of backstory and fleshed out universe
>Entire community bar none are full on entitled try hards
Guess which one isn't keeping people playing past a day or two upon picking it up.
>>377755793
Gets boring literally 3 hours in.
>>377756097
>>377756120
I'll take entitled tryhards for 600
>>377755793
overshilled shit that flopped hard on its ass
>>377755793
It actually was a really fun game
the issue was at launch you got cucked on new content and there was content locked by hundreds of dollars.
Also every single hunter needed to be incredibly aware (except maybe the assault) and if your trapper was bad you just fucking lost.
>>377756284
But anon; the only cucked content on launch wasn't available on launch!
>>377755793
There are 3 evolve threads created within a single hour
Go away TRS you are a bunch of kikes and your game deserved to die
>>377756718
It is not by TRS's hand, nor blood, it is given flesh.
There are those of us within the necromancer circles who deem this game fit.
I liked it, even played it before the f2p
The big issue was the rounds are really long and often really dull. They tried to mitigate this when they went f2p with the Arena mode but it was a short flash in the pan
Oh well, some of those monster deigns were fucking fantastic. Personal favorite being the Behmoth, with second beinglewdwraith
I just wanted space Left 4 Dead. Why didnt TRS just do that?
Which is worse, Battleborn or Evolve?
>>377756718
>shilling
>a free game
really jogs the noggin
>tfw i spent $120 on this after DLC and unlocks
>>377756847
Because l4d is boring.
>>377756872
Battleborn; though it has to at least be given a quick smirk considering it tried to take on blizzard. Also, I don't see TRS sabotauging Gearbox, whereas Gearbox fucked Evolve.
>every monster except for goliath was overpowered and unbalanced
>hunters kept getting nerfed in their abilities to be even weaker
>hunters like lazurus have become near useless but still constantly getting nerfed every patch
>game devs surprised noone likes their game
>>377757180
>most hunters save some exceptions were overpowered and unbalanced
>monsters kept getting nerfed into abyssmally poor states to where nobody wanted to play the fucking monster because it was a free loss.
>some hunters keep getting buffed to obscene degrees even though they're the ones with the worst balance.
Goes both ways.
>Asymmetrical game-play
>Everyone wants to play the monsters.
>Four people need to queue up to play as hunter for one person to be able to play monster.
>day 1, 250 dollars worth of DLC in the game.
W-why is this game failing?
>>377756983
it wasn't always free
>>377755793
gee I wonder
>>377757291
nope
and thats why this game was horribly balanced, because of your mindset and what you think is happening among the players
>>377755793
Because Titanfall 2 was the best multiplayer game in years.
>>377757484
I'll be sure to let the people of 2015 know
>>377757453
fuck off with the day one dlc meme, it was skins.
>>377757495
They could of at least gotten the DA page right, and even then
>having a DA page.
>>377756872
Evolve F2P was pretty fun, they fixed a lot of problems but I ended up ditching because there were still kinks that ruined my fun (like no real cheater protection, fuck instakill monsters and no clip hunters)
>>377757724
Never encountered those, so I can't emphasize.
>>377757113
L4D does get stale, most shooters do, but Evolve is far worse in this regard.
>being such a sad existence that you must shill a dead game in a taiwanese animation message board
Consider your life choices OP
>>377757724
this and the shitty balancing
all dem meme gamemodes in the normal rotation
They Ubisoft'd the shit out of this game. It was a good game and AMAZINGLY poorly managed.
>>377757913
>implying all life isn't meaningless
>>377755793
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7M4RwGwQslM
The fucking BODYING after it went free to play, muh god
>>377758128
You need more material; but you still pointed out that gearbox had an inside man in TRS.
>>377758128
It's almost like you shouldn't be hyping up your game based on the amount of DLC it has alone and intentionally dividing up the playerbase the moment the game releases.
>>377758392
>implying there wasn't also going to be free dlc if the game did well
>>377758487
There clearly wasn't, and it clearly didn't.
>>377758487
Half the fucking time they gave their dlc AWAY for FREE before the game hit shelves and afterward.
>>377758560
>There clearly wasn't, and it clearly didn't.
>if the game did well
Goy, reelly maks ya thonk
>>377758128
>that ending
fucking lost
>>377758680
It's one of my favorite videos on the industry, just so fucking off-base and hyped to death and it was such schlop.
>>377758680
People are still playing it three years from then. Mission accomplished
>>377758827
You think AAA publishers will ever learn that hype is more dangerous now than it is helpful?
>>377759009
Clearly not, considering they scooped up this indie and then rushed it out the door. They probably didn't even want the developers to work on it; and they were the ones trying to save people money; they didn't want the game to have DLC, but 2k made it mandatory.
>>377759009
Doubtful, in most cases they still make their money back hand over first. People are retarded and for every person who realizes a game is all hype and no substance, ten more people buy it day one because they saw a commercial for it during Monday Night Football.
