The one in OP's picture is Power Drive 2000. Looks similar to OutDrive or it might be a shittier rebranding. I'm not sure. PD2K looks fun though

OutDrive is a Russian bootleg of Power Drive 2000 iirc

Redout's a great game mechanically, but the Career mode is annoyingly slow-progress and the online is relatively dead (on PC).

You can get groups together through Discord, but it's rare that you'll find a pug.
