When's the last time you bought a game for $60? This includes buying the game at launch for $48 due to the 20% discount that every retailer seems to do these days.
Persona 5
>>377686762
The Last of Us and GTAV on PS3. Regretted GTAV, but TLOU was okay I guess.
RAGE
was that $60? or were games still $50 then?
i didn't stop because of RAGE, there's just been nothing worth buying at release in my eyes
>>377686762
gta v. one of the games thats literally 60$ in my country. usually we have 60$ game half off in full release
Fuck I don't even remember kek
Maybe Smash Bros Ker4fle?
>>377686762
MGSV with that discount thing you said counts.
>>377686882
I should've rephrased it as "bought at launch".
>>377686772
this
before that, it wasFallout 4
I had regrets
Penta won this seasons pro league. This is the only game i need, it's like crack.
Botw
>>377686762black ops 3+ season pass
mario maker
the special edition with the amiibo, the book and exclusive pin badges
the retailer fucked up the orders so I got refunded after the game came out, but also got my copy on the day of release in the post
Sometimes I get Nintendo games on release, since they don't drop in price for years (or never do).
And now more than ever these AAA games are getting > $20 discounts a month out from release. Like fuck I bought Dishonored 2 for $25 within the month of release. It wasn't even a fluke; they seriously threw it in a Bestbuy weekly ad. Similar thing happened for Titanfall 2, and it keeps happening I'm afraid we're gonna crash soon with this kind of thing
mgsv, gtav and seige but that was in a sale
Fallout 4. Fuck you, Todd.
>>377686762
The wii paper mario. Never bought another nintendo game/console since or game on launch since.
>>377686762
XCOM 2.
Enjoyed it more than EW, but that might just be my inner american talking.
what is the profit margin on games that makes it possible for everyone to sell games for $48 at launch these days?
>>377686762
>When's the last time you bought a game for $60?
FFXII Collector's Edition.
Then I joined the Master Race for good.
Brink
>>377686762
Persona 5 and Nioh
Mario Kart 8 Deluxe. Before that was Persona 5.
I pre-ordered Tekken 7, the deluxe edition for $120 Aussie bucks.
That's about $90 Burgerbucks.
>>377686762
Nier:A and Nioh
>>377687428
Was it worth it, though?
Witcher 3
>>377686762
Nier Automata, before that DOOM for curiousity, and then before that years have passed.
>$80 for farpoint and aim controller
>it's shit
>>377686762
Mario kart 8+the DLC. I still regret it to this day, especially now that it's out on switch the WiiU will slowly be faster abandoned. That whole console was a waste of my time, and Nintendo not giving WiiU owners SEVERE discounts is just a shit in the face of the fans that support them.
Fuck fagtendo.
>>377686762
Skyrim
Had to learn the lesson the hard way.
>>377686772

Near Tomato.
>>377687847
Last chance.
>>377687834
Seems so.
I was quite surprised they even released it in ps3. It might be the last major launch on that console if you don't count sports games I guess.
>>377687558
The fact that you can easily homebrew a wiiu and pirate games on it makes owning one worth it now, at least for it's good library of single player games.
>>377687893
umm, advanced warfare like 3 years ago?
NHL 15
I regret nothing, 4 player couch co-op hockey was the best thing ever.
>>377686762
Mario Kart 8 Deluxe.
>>377686762

All my friends were going to get it
they just didn't tell me that they're going to play it on the Playstation
Never fell for their bullshit overhyping ever again
>>377688306
>buying a DOA game
>there was a $48 version
Seriously could you not tell that game was going to be DOA? I could tell from two games in the beta.
>>377686762
Only bought Titanfall 1 and Battlefield 1 like that.
Deeply regretted both.
>>377688714

>>377688897
Look harder next time, there was a thread about the centurion bullshit 2 days ago
Also why do you check steam if uplay exist?
>inb4 lol using uplay
Never. My steam account is registered in Russia, and with Steam region pricing I never payed more than 35$ max.

Civ VI.
I don't exactly regret it since I got 120 hours out of it, but it was a disappointment.
BotW
DaS3, Nioh, Persona 5, WoW Legion and Mobawatch. I regret buying Legion and Shitwatch
Preordered MGSV
Civ: Beyond earth, before that Brink.
Safe to say I've learned my lesson.
>>377687974

How hard is it to say full price? Americentric mind.....
A few games this year. GR2, Yakuza 0, Persona 5, Nioh and I preordered tekken 7 on PS4.
Ds3 and season pass
>>377686762
I've never bought a video game for full price in my entire life
Gravity Rush 2
Regrets.
>>377686762
Gundam Breaker 3 Break Edition
Since that version has all of the DLC
Nier Automata but then again it was from GMG and at about 43 with discount it might not count.
>>377686762
I think Super Mario Maker for the Wii U back in 2015, I got super fucking bored so I got it off of Amazon around the time the game came out. It was good for a bit but fuck there are too many shitty levels made on the thing to keep me interested & seeing the same aesthetics & hearing the same music over and over again really gets to you fairly quickly.
Beyond that I got the A Rose in the Twilight LE for $52, it's not quite $60 but I feel it's worth mentioning. I'm super glad I got that by the way, I really enjoyed it.
