It's fast and fun, not really mindless compared to most others as you have to carefully conserve your boost to prevent quick deaths. Enemies are generic looking but react in interesting ways to your attacks, some robots will become suicide crawlers when their legs get blown off for example. Bosses are standard Platinum Huge Fuck fare, large HP bar that gets finished off with a QTE attack. Story has cool looking cinematics but not much else.
