trans characters in games will never really work because as per video game's idealized portrayal of their characters, there's no difference between a transwoman character and a regular woman character, meaning they cannot be properly portrayed. Look at your pic, there's absolutely no reason for this character to be trans, this status adds nothing to her character, she is physically and mentally a woman because that is how she was designed. I've only played a few Bioware games (KOTOR, Jade Empire, Mass Effect series, Dragon Age Origins and DA2) but that's the only game where I remember the character getting mad at me for denying a random advance.

As far as I remember KOTOR and Jade Empire barely have any romance, straight or gay, and Mass Effect has a gay crew member but you have to make a move on him first. Dragon Age Origins has that bi-sexual elf assassin but I think you have to coax him into it or some shit.
