There's no mention of "sins"; Venom or motherbase staff never did anything morally questionable, "world calls for wetwork lol let us just save all the soldiers instead, we're demons now!".

Absolutely no mentions about BB/venom being broken, Kojima promised a story that would explain why did BB turn to the dark side, instead we got some body double shit that explained nothing. "The story changed at the last possible second" doesn't mean "The story changed literally 1 second before the game was released". Game design is split into several stages, the original plot was scrapped and the new one was hastily put together. Kiefer himself said that he recorded several hours of dialogue which were not used in the final game
