Well I just finished my third vanilla campaign run this time with legion so far in order of runs:

Run 1: House
>failed the speech check cause first run and didnt know you could talk him down so I barely killed the OP fucker
>not sure if i talked oliver down I think I killed him with robot army
>failed to listen to house and keep kimbell alive so I skipped the mission without realizing I was supposed to do it

Run 2: NCR
>Saved kimbell
>talked legate down
>blew up brotherhood bunker without doing a single mission cause my build was about speaking sneak and ranged weapons
>killed most legion with grahams swat armor and his shining in darkness, guess I avenged graham in that run

Run 3: legion

>did the brotherhood shit to get their faction neutral tank armor
>fucked up arizona killer cause I invested too much in explosives and couldnt plant an explosive on the plane, didnt have c4 on me, so I pulled out my annable as NCR president walked by and VATS a missile into his face at shouting distance before he got to the stage

I only did all the dlc in one player once and that was my first run with house, I did it like:

Honest hearts first, its easy, good weapons, and grahams armor is nice for lower levels

OWB second, its a dlc that I liked for the exploring, didnt understand the whole story really, its best loot is the elijah laer that can help you with anything if your into energy stuff, it also hints at lonesome road and dead money so I think its a nice 2nd dlc to play. Harder than honest hearts, but you get that buildup to dead money and lonesome road

Dead money third. The transistion is nice into dead money, and its a good challenge dlc as by that point I was looking for something hard. Also finishes elijah story

Lonesome road last. I felt like the final confrontation with ulysses was meant to be the conclusion of new vegas.

Well, I played New Vegas, got Fallout 4 on PS4. Was kinda fun. Basically hate it now since Sony fucked up with mods.
At least I have my Explosive Minigun to tear everything to shreds.

I played Honest Hearts first, then I beat Lonesome road after. At a lower level than intended, because holy fuck, for some reason I was getting levels a bit too fast. Then I went on to OWB, and Dead Money last.
I kinda liked it because I noticed tons of references to each DLC. And all of them pointed to Lonesome roads at some point.

i'm not sure actually, but it wouldn't be necessary, i did just fine with level 8 int and educated and then just getting all the skillbooks and for the most part allocating my skillpoints evenly so that i don't get 100 before i've read all the books
you could probably do it with lower int or maybe without educated, but i havent checked.
