There was one section in the titanfall 2 campaign where you can hop between the past and present simultaneously; It was pretty cool. Shame it was pretty short.

Singularity is another game where time is a focus of the story.

Not many games have a time stop mechanic. Most only let you slow down time which is a shame cause it's a fun as fuck mechanic too.

There's Heroes: Genesis

It's not amazing but only 7 hours long, get it for a few dollarydoos. One of the least offensive time travels plots as well
