I think they can both teach it to an extent (and then you have to try it beyond thatb point), but a lot of people prefer vidya over watching stuff. I just remember knowing how to do various main exercises was a big barrier to starting for me, so if there was a vidya that was more accessible than watching a video for me, perhaps it could help others as well.

If I wanted to learn how to lift, there's literally hundereds, if not thousands of guides for every every possible movement online. I wouldn't even trust one source either. I'd look up dozens and see what people usually think. That would be the smart thing to do. I see no reason to pay MONEY for ONE PERSONS VIEW on the whole matter, for a game that's probably going to be shit as an actual game.
