You posted it, Super Mario 64. I really fucking love how Mario controls in it and how the only game to ever replicate anything close to it is Sunshine.

Is a tie between Ninja Gaiden and SMB 3. I know many games came after and surpassed them (Even NG 2 and SMBW are better to be honest)
