FSP doesn't get mentioned because their retail units are nothing worth mentioning. They're solid, but the competition just makes better units for the same money. They're a pretty large OEM though, many PSUs are rebrands of their stuff and a lot of prebuilts came with an FSP unit.

The only real compatibility issue I could see is if your mobo had pci instead of pci-e, but yours does have pci-e so you're probably fine to just get a new card. Obviously do some research into this yourself, but I think you should be fine.
