there's a lot of skill. most might think they're good if they beat oxide ghosts in time trials but there's so much to improve still past that.

CTR 2P arcade is a great offline game. High skill ceiling with both items and shortcuts/driving mechanics that rewards good players, while having comeback items and risky shortcuts to keep things exiting even if the players aren't exactly on the same level.
Needs a remaster for sure
