Instead of having a health bar, you're only allowed to take a realistic amount of damage that the human body can endure. 2 - 3 hits tops. You can get you limbs cut off. So basically you blocking and parrying attacks from dozens of enemies at time trying to kill you.

It's going to be pretty simple, so not much development time needed.
You must drive an 18 wheeler from point 1 to point 2 for whatever reason, except zombie apocalypse happened so there are lots of zombies on the road attacking you.
You have a team with you, they can use turrets and other weapons to kill the zombies, you have to choose the turrets / upgrades / positions also your team members have specializations like engineering / turret manning etc... so you must balance it all out to be efficient.

RE7/Outlast style game based in ancient China but with mythical elements as well.
You are an ordinary peasant seeking shelter in a large broken former imperial building that was partly destroyed during a war with a neighboring kingdom.
You discover at night however that it houses evil spirits and the hopping Jiang Shi there and you need to escape.
Due to its setting there are no modern equipments, your source of light are torches that can be extinguished.
Against Jiang Shi you can hide your presence by holding your breath but this will limit your other actions and you can only hold it for a short time.
There are some Bhuddist items like the yellow parchments that can help but these also are in short supply.

A Jesus action game where you battle various biblical evils and the final boss is God . Complete with various weapons like nail-fists, the cross, thorn whip, miracles, and more.

Ok so like you're a prince in a fantasy setting, and after the untimely passing of your father, you must ascend to the throne.

The problem is that you have to find a suitable partner, from among various suitors of different fantasy races like a potential dragon wife, a potential illithid wife, etc... They're all different, different personalities, and want/promise different things, and who you pick has an effect on the kingdom and how it does. Also since you can try to change their minds on certain things, or their goals in certain ways, for the good of the kingdom.

Probably have at least a wedding night porn scene for each as an added bonus. Also there are secret routes you can go, like romancing your mom the queen, or abdicating to be with a commoner, or turning evil or something if you don't care about changing an evil suitor.

Between battles you must maintain the supply lines, gather information about the landscape and enemy movements and stay in contact with the king's court and other commanders

I have an idea for a game that opens with you having killed someone. You then have time. You can choose to spend the time hiding and covering up evidence as best you can or make your escape. After some time the police arrive and they begin searching for you. How far a head start you have depends on how long you stuck around the crime scene.
After that the rest of the game is you trying to not get arrested. Events include stuff like a witness sees you and you after to chase them down and kill them too, and again try to hide evidence. Maybe the game can switch back and forth between the criminal and the cop where after escaping pursuit and hiding evidence, you play the detective searching for anything you may have missed as the criminal.
