just because terrestrial egglaying species have not (yet) evolved to feed their offspring with body made food does not mean that not-terrestrial ones might not, and since the lumeris are obviously highly evolved, to the point where they probably have a long child-rearing period and a high survivability of offspring, evolving mammaries or an analogue is not outlandish, since it is vastly more efficient to feed the child optimally prepared nutrients instead of having to feed them vast quantities of food they cant properly digest which tires the parent and necessitates the young to grow faster so the parent does not die trying to feed its young.
Then again, lumeris are not supposed to be reptiles, to my knowledge.

Again, this is probably a necessity. Your size is determined by the complexity of your organism and the size of your cells. I don't think you can really have an intelligent alien the size of a mouse. And being too large may negatively affect the structural integrity of your body.

I covered more limbs in the second sentence of my post. Gravity smaller than Earth would make really big aliens possible; I can give you that. But the minimum size is limited by the size of atoms combined with the necessary complexity of cells and tissues. I'd say that's a hard limit.
