I went to India for a couple months and the amount of people who took issue with me hanging on to my finished bottles / food packets so I could dispose of it properly was shocking. They were all so confused that I didn't just chuck it on to the side of the street like everyone else.

I moved cities for work and one of the best things was that the people actually bothered to clean up after themselves. Its much better to live in a place that actually cares about its greenery and aesthetics
