shoot 3 times, turn, wait, run when he's close, stop, auto-aim, shoot 3 times again. Keep repeating.

He will get pissed and chase you, if you move at the right moment he will fail to hit/grab you, but it's pretty hard to avoid do do camera angles.

beat this game a week or two ago on Hard, got an F ranking

what'd I do wrong? beat him optionally twice + electrocuted him at the clock tower, but couldn't beat him in his tentacle form at the clock tower at all, tried nearly two dozen times
