Blood vials would've worked better if you kept the max amount at all times but refilled them by doing damage to enemies or even just killing enemies, similar to how Diablo clones do it.

If they make a new BB then I hope they add a dash of the American western frontier to it. Seeing Union Blue and Johnny Reb style uniforms and cloaks would be pretty neat as well as native american style monsters. It'll be hard to leave behind the Prague/London look for a city though.
