It's a passable port, not fantastic but with your specs it would run completely fine.

iirc the digital foundry video showed their seems to be an issue with the PS4 Pro version where the game oddly dropped into the 50s very rarely in places where the regular PS4 didn't. Maybe they patched it or something but that's probably worth noting. Have fun with the game wherever you decide to play it. Don't despair when things look bad.

How do I level up efficiently now that they have fixed the statue ?
I just want to do the dlc but just doing the main story with EXP+ chips only got me to lvl 60

It's a meh port, performance isn't as good as it should be considering the outdated graphics, but it's not a complete train wreck like Dishonored 2 was for instance. A 1070 will have no issue at 1080p and it should do perfectly fine at 1440p with FAR too. You need to play it with a controller though, if you're OP and have a PS4 Pro you can just use that controller, obviously.

There's basically no reason to buy this on PS4 if you have a monitor beyond 1080p. It will look and run better on PC, FAR fixes some graphical issues which are still present in the console versions and you can get it cheaper than PS4 on GMG or other shops.

This game is unlike any other I played. And I played the first Nier. Its fucking weird because Ive never put down a game multiple times and then came back to play it again over and over.

Im 10 hours in, my first save and check out was at 2 hours in. I then waited maybe 3-4 days and played it again and checked out at 8 hours in.
Now I've been playing pretty much an hour or so a day. At 12 hours in now and I somehow dont care about the story at all. Ive been getting a lot of Metal Gear Solid mixed with Dark Souls 2 vibes from it. I also dont find 2b sexy at all, half her voice lines are Whats this and Whats going on during cutscenes.

Just finish the prologue on Normal and switch to Hard in the game proper. You should not play on Normal after the prologue though, because the game is absolutely braindead-easy on Normal and you will never die or be challenged in any way whatsoever. The perfect dodge and healing while paused are extremely powerful defensive options once you get into it properly and the game needs to otherwise be extremely punishing of mistakes to offset that.

Something inside me is not letting me put this game down. I think the forced tutorial, forced tryhard story, forced sexy clothing and forced action combat are ironically bringing out the RPG parts of the game. I mustve spent at least a quarter of my time in menus and talking to shopkeepers.

I just wish the boss battles werent so gimmicky. The waterfall ruins city boss which took 30 mins had the opposite of its supposed effect on me. Fighting Adam was like some matrix shit. I dont know if I want to play more because I know its just gonna be more random shit thats supposed to connect to one story.

Id say this game is somewhere in the 6-7/10 range. Definetely not 10/10 or 9/10 like the normies praise it. During some parts I can just tell normies would be mindblown but I was sitting there unamused and aware of that.
