In all honesty they're not that hard solo if you have a persona that doesn't have any weaknesses. Using Satanael to buff/debuff and then Yoshitsune (or another hard hitting physical personal) to attack works wonders. But then, you have to grind the Reaper to level 95 and that's kinda cheap in and of itself, especially since it's almost impossible to get to the Reaper's level without abusing flu season.

Never played P3P but she's pretty hard in P4. She's also even harder in Golden since she gets two turns as opposed to one, so you're gonna have to have at least two personas with Endure if you can't bring her down fast enough. Though Golden has skill cards and makes it easier to grind to level 99 so it balances out.

No, the twins don't do anything special if you are immune to everything except Almighty. They literally can not damage you if you have that orb equipped since they don't have any way of inflicting Almighty damage in the first place, granted you need to beat them previously to even get the Omnipotent Orb, but you can quite easily get the same exact effect by just fusing a bunch of Null/Drain/Repel skills on a Persona with decent resistances. As long as you are able to inflict the 1k damage required on each of them every 6 turns so they don't end the fight early you quite literally are unable to lose the fight

Nobody has ever used "muh calculator" as a valid argument for the difficulty of Satan or Demi-fiend because those are genuinely difficult fights that can't even be cheesed properly. Best you can do is running Pixie dry of MP, but even then you've still got to deal with Demi-fiend's insanely high damage output and crit chance, plus all the ailments.

Just fuse your personae on your first playthrough and buy them from the compendium. It depends on how you want to kill them, if you are fine with cheesing the shit out of them you can just make a Yoshitsune with all the <=Null skills and kill them at whatever level you first get access to Mementos. If you want to fight them "normally" without doing any kind of cheese you are good to go around lv70 on Hard Mode, probably a lot sooner than that on Normal.
