No. There will be a Pokemon for Switch, but it will most likely be gen 8, and not releasing until 2019.

There's no Pokemon game this year. They're skipping it. If there was going to be a new one, they'd have announced it already. (They don't reveal Pokemon games at E3, or after)

The 3DS will die this year and replaced by the Switch handheld-only version. However, it will still be on life support through 2018, and Sun2 Moon2 will release on it, for one last cashgrab before killing the handheld for good.

Then, by 2019, when the Switch already has a healthy userbase, they'll release Pokemon on it.

Pokemon won't necessarily sell a shit ton on the Switch like it does on handhelds. The reason the mainline Pokemon games sell well on a handheld is because the hardware is relatively cheap. The whole reason they released the 2DS was because they didn't want the high price of the 3DS to put off potential buyers. Unless they release a cheaper variant of the Switch, Pokemon won't reach the 10 million guaranteed sales that it usually gets on handheld consoles. Plus no-one who owns a Switch would be desperate to buy a third version of Sun/Moon since they have either already played the originals on 3DS or they aren't interested in Pokemon.

Whether it's on 3DS or Switch is debatable but the 3DS has already been put to its limits and there's a ton of unused content they could easily put into a stronger console like following Pokemon which went completely unused in the 3DS games - probably because it would cause further FPS problems.
