Bloodborne II should involve western expansion and colonialism, warring ideologies of magitech, weird science, the consequences of creating life, hunting beasts at the edge of the new frontier, and old traditions struggling in the face of rapid industrialization. As for there being some mid-game genre twist, Fromsoft should avoid it. You can't repeat the big twist of the first game without looking like a Shyamalaming tryhard, and you're already pushing it with making a sequel that doesn't need to exist.

Yharnam is destroyed by the time we finish the game, and in order to make a new hunt the "childhood's beginning" ending should be retconned.

Most of the best bossfights are optional as well so they don't even really fit into a defined row.

Just say "Best bossfights" and maybe why you find those bosses in particular so excellent.

Level and World design (Meaning interconnectivity and structure as opposed to the typical DaS2 meme) is also important to the souls games and the game doesn't do amazingly well in the first (at least overall, Cathedral of the Deep is pretty decent even if it is flawed) and is the worst in the series in the latter.
