Sony owns BB IP, they don't need FS people to make BB anymore, a sequel would work.
BB 1 market is saturated so there's money to be made with a PC port, we definitely know that.
Announcing both makes more sense than just a BB PC port makes the series even more popular and still gives people reasons to buy a PS4 and Pro
