The persona series defines the psychological "persona" as a tool for navigating society by fooling others. Which is the role of Haru's flowery personality, to evoke sympathy and support from those around her.

A theoretical P5 The animation would be the best way to add slice of life scenes with the cast. There probably won't be a re-release this time because there's very little reason to warrant it(don't confuse me saying that with me saying the game is perfect, though. It has a LOT of problems)

There wasn't any reason to warrant Persona 4 Golden but that still happened. Jewgold is always enough of a reason for enhanced rereleases. Hell they even let a big setup for it in the form of Sae's line in Dec 24 about how if Akechi had lived she'd be using him to testify instead of asking Joker, so now the obvious thing to do is write an Akechi lives scenario, have him take your place for January and February and free up your schedule for another bonus dungeon that will magically appear to show that they added a dungeon to the rerelease.

You could make that argument, sure, but even if you do Persona 5 has less of a reason.

Persona 4 Golden had

>A new dungeon
>extra time added to the calendar
>QOL improvements

Persona 5's written in a way that about the only thing you could add are proper social links for Akechi and Morgana and maybe some SOL friendship bonding scenes. But you could put the second scene in an anime anyways so why bother releasing the game again for them? There isn't really any need to add more time and there's not really a good spot to add any even if you wanted to. As for QOL improvements it'd be hard to add anything really that significant to what P5 already has.

If a P5 FeMC doesn't get Arsene, she's not Joker, now is she? She would need a new outfit that looks nothing at all like how Joker's outfit looks to reflect her "wildly different personality". Going that far down the speculation train is stupid and fruitless.

Plus, to say that since she has a different personality means she needs a different persona is stupid. The MC has multiple personas.

You're missing the point. There isn't much they can add with the way the game is already structured. I think you actually might be able to add a FeMC route but it would require a decent amount of reworking. If Atlus decides they want to make more money on Persona 5 it's probably more likely they port it to another platform as opposed to adding more content and releasing it again.

I'm hopeful that could happen. A Persona is formed from the facade used to face reality, thus a different circumstance should result in a different manifestation. Take P3P for example. Minako was a far different beast than Minato. Where as he came off as moody and a little grim, she was surprisingly upbeat and easy to get along with. Hell, she's better bros with Junpei. It always struck me as off that despite the disparity between their outlooks, they got the same Persona.

Problem is that he's too damn fragile and the bigger problem is that there's not many ways to make him better without making Makoto absolutely worthless and swapping places with him. With Yusuke and Ryuji it doesn't matter if one is better than the other because chances are you'll use both, but with healers you only ever need one in the party.

Morgana was plenty useful. Just not in battle.

He was my main healer battery for patching up the party post-fight. That way Makoto's SP for attacks and healing was reserved only for battle.

For example the big bang burger black robot from the Okumura fight always and I mean always targeted Haru with his single target melee attack which made the fight pathetic because haru kept casting tetrakarn on herself.
