I don't get this "Total Warhammer is too expensive" meme.

The game was 12$ on humble bundle, not to mention all the free DLC.
Got 110 hours out of it so far in 3 campaigns so far and am having a blast. By the time I'm one with the 2 remaining campaigns an missions I will almost guarantee have playe the game longer than I did Empire, Shogun 2 or Rome 2
The difference between factions feels like like a difference between some entire Total war games so each campaign feels like a ifferent game. I would much rather have 5-8 factions that each actually have unique models an play completely differently like in Warhammer than a situation like Shogun 2 where literally all factions use almost all the same units with "small bonus to X".
When you read peoples thoughts on TWW it honestly starts to feel like people would rather have 20 factions that are identical rather than 5-8 unique ones.

The thing is, playing the 5 base factions is so fun enough that if I suddenly lost access to the game, I would gladly pay the 60$ to play it again. 150+ hours of content is worth the full price in my opinion.

Of course I'm saying this in hindsight having already tried the game out. For people just contemplating buying the game at full price straight up there is a feeling of uncertainty.

Which also leads me to believe that most of the complaints about the game lacking content and not being worth full price for 5 factions are from people that haven't actually played the game.

But it makes them more enjoyable since your forced to attack one wall, with all the tower defenses concentrated at that wall, and with the AI being better able to deploy and use all their units with only one wall. It's honestly more challenging than previous sieges, where it was so fucking easy to just move in on a wall with low defense, break the towers and the wall, and then just rush in an insta win.
