Hows the PS4 game?

I really liked Cybersleuth. It has a great amount of Digimon and the battle mechanics and moveset customization are really great. I tried the PSP game that is more like a pet-raising game with battles and didn't like it much - the battle mechanics aren't as good and the Digimon selection is smaller. I'm assuming you're into waifu considering the pictures you're posting, in which case Cybersleuth also has a good number of waifu Digimon and also lets you play as a female character

Next Order is just okay. Its a monster raising sim. You get 2 digimon and they can evolve into other digimon depending on how you train and feed them. They can and will die and you will have to start over with a new mon. If you can find it on sale I'd say go for it but if its full price or you don't care much about the tomogachi gameplay then you wont miss much if you pass.

DW3 is shit and anyone who likes it is a delusional nostalgiafag. It's just a bad turn-based JRPG with horrible story, shitty characters, and loads of backtracking. It doesn't have a single redeeming quality. DW2003 adds more content, so it's worse because the less DW3 you play, the better.

Dawn/Dusk is more polished than the PS and is a lot better than DW3, but still has nothing going for it. If you like power trips, this game lets you easily max out the stats of any digimon you want, so there's that. But that's about it.

Cyber Sleuth has more or less the same gameplay as Dawn/Dusk except dumbed down more and you can't max out stats. Normal mode is so easy that you might as well be playing a VN and hard mode makes 99% of the available moves not viable, so it's somehow even more dumbed down than Normal. The story is a combination of SMT and Digimon Savers, so you might as well just watch Savers.

The Rumble Arena games are all fucking garbage with bad combo systems and no balance.

I didn't play RE: Digitize or New Order, so I don't have anything to say about them, but I find the abundance of humans in the cover art of New Order worrying considering that one of the things that made DW1 sort of good was that it actually focused on the digimon instead of a bunch of shitty boring anime humans.

I don't know why you're bringing up Pokemon. I do think that Pokemon has better gameplay, but unlike autists like you, I don't think that you're only allowed to like one of the two. And Pokemon generally focuses more on the humans too, so I don't even know where that comparison came from. The spinoffs are the only ones where the Pokemon take the spotlight. I don't think that the games are automatically bad because they focus on the humans either, but the digimon play such a minor role in some of the games that they might as well not be there. I'd forgive Cyber Sleuth for doing that for most of the game since it actually has some good characters if the gameplay wasn't so bad and most of the plot points weren't lifted directly from Digimon Savers. But one of DW1's big strengths is that you're the only human and you're interacting with Digimon the whole game in their world, seeing how they live and interact with each other. The other games don't really do that. The digital world is often just populated by humans too, or the Digimon are just there to be the RPG part of the game but aren't really characters themselves.

And my opinion is the opinion of someone who has played nearly all of the Digimon games and is giving actual objective opinions on them and listing their flaws instead of being a nostalgiafag who's only argument is nothing.

Digimon isn't just a gaming franchise. And like I said, I enjoy the other aspects of it. And they weren't all miserable. I did say that DW1 is worth playing despite its many flaws. DW3 and Digimon Savers: Another Mission are the only ones where I would say I was miserable playing them. I just wouldn't recommend the others either. Like I said, I play a lot of games. They're not all good, but I at least try them out.
